Update: For some reason Jantize did not renew Andres contract. He was only with them a few months and did amazing work. The next crew that came in was not nearly as good as him. We ended up canceling with them as our contract stated we could with proper notification. Monica was great to work with and very responsive. When we attempted to get our keys back we were handed off to Monica's boss, Guy. Guy never returned phone calls or emails. My final attempt, I let them know a bad review would be given and BBB contacted, but I would prefer my keys back and no negativity be posted. To date, I haven't received any contact or my keys. This is very poor business and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
On two occasions this individual just did not show up. We came in twice with nothing done. One day, our back door was left open overnight. We watched cameras to see why the door was open and saw that the cleaner had four children with her who were going in and out our back door stealing candy from the classroom. All this happened in the span of a month.
The local gentleman who hired her, fired her not long after and hired another individual. This woman did a terrible job cleaning. She would not mop the floors. I made numerous calls in the two months we had this woman cleaning our facility. Our Grey floors became a constant brown. I had my own staff cleaning the areas this company was hired to clean. After complaining for two months straight, I decided this company was a waste of time and money. I decided to fire them and hire a different company.
In my opinion, part of the problem is that there are too many hands in the pot. Janitize takes a cut before they hired this local man, who took a cut then hired someone else. By the time the person who was actually cleaning our facility was paid, it was not enough money for her to care about her quality of work.
